Fried Ice Cream (Helado Frito) $12
Vanilla Haagen-Dazs ice cream, covered with ground Galletas Marias, mixed with condensed and evaporated milk, heavy cream, cinnamon, and dark rum. The resulting ball is fried, placed atop of whole Galletas Marias, garnished with strawberries and blueberries, drizzled with a small amount of chocolate, and covered with a drizzle of caramel.
